Note: The
Texas Juvenile Probation Commission State Financial Assistance Contract
2012-2013 Biennium has been redesigned to reflect the requirements of the 82nd
Legislative Session. The new unified State Financial Assistance Contract sets
forth the basic requirements, duties and responsibilities of the Commission and
Grantees. Many of the provisions relating to the Individual Grants, designated
by name and by letter, have been consolidated or eliminated. This webpage
contains the Commission's State Financial Assistance Contract (1) and Individual
Grants B, C, D, E, M, P and W for the current biennium only. Click here for archival contract and grant documents pertaining to prior years. It is
anticipated that the Compliance Resource Manual for each grant will be completed
and posted in October 2011. |

The Texas Juvenile Justice Department's (TJJD) annual
statistical reports provide information regarding the magnitude and
nature of juvenile criminal activity and the juvenile probation system's
response. This information is offered for assisting the State's efforts
for improving the juvenile justice system and reducing juvenile crime in
Texas. Summary tables and individual county data is not available on the
web site for the 1997 and 1998 reports. Please contact the Research & Statistics Division if you need this information. |
